This year is different - due to a little known pandemic going around, we have decided to host a virtual Culinary Arts Festival.

Here are 7 film episodes featuring local chefs that take you from learning knife skills, cooking shrimp and braised short rib, to making apple streudel and other desserts. In the finale, learn how to pair wine with these meals.

After you have watched and enjoyed these works, please consider becoming a member of the Glenwood Arts Council to support us continuing projects like this that benefit the community as well as our scholarship program for local artists - and receive a 10% discount to one of the local restaurants featured in these films.
